Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Experience in designing and configuring customer journey workflows and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of application integration and data flow within marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with user interface customization and automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
