Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring that application solutions meet business needs. The position demands proactive engagement in coordinating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and driving the progress of software initiatives from conception through deployment, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
