Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience.
Primary Skill – IBM Maximo Application Suite 8 or 9 (Maximo MAS8 or MAS9)
Secondary skill – BIRT Reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
Having 4-6 years of experience in MAS8/ MAS9
Should have good inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills
- Skills on development and troubleshooting of MAS integrations with external applications
- Must be able to work independently.
- Understanding and work experience of SLA and client stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with development, configuration and troubleshooting of Maximo integrations, applications, and workflow in MAS8 and/ or MAS9. Experience with Maximo 7x and 6x will be an added advantage
- Hands on skill of PL/SQL
- Experience with development and enhancement of BIRT Reports

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
