As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of contemporary development methodologies and frameworks to create scalable and efficient software. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to feedback and shifting priorities to deliver high-quality results that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience with customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and frameworks relevant to SharePoint development.
- Ability to integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
