As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure that applications meet project requirements, and serving as the main liaison for communication and decision-making. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, overseeing progress, and ensuring that the software solutions align with organizational goals and client expectations. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous monitoring of project milestones are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA applications.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in SAP ABAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
