Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to the architectural design, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and work towards delivering high-quality software that meets the evolving demands of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom software applications.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement within existing applications.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- Experience with integration of artificial intelligence capabilities within enterprise software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to SAP environments.
- Good understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
