Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the day, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document software designs, code changes, and testing procedures to maintain clear project records.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- Experience with data integration and synchronization techniques within master data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to master data management solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
