Must have skills : SAP EWM
Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals effectively. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience in system integration and configuration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
