- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and resolve challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Strong experience in software design and development tailored to warehouse operations.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
- Experience in integrating software solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
