Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes software to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to support organizational policies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
