Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of software components to enhance functionality and performance, while adapting to evolving business requirements. The engineer actively participates in problem-solving and decision-making processes to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support the broader business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead efforts to optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong understanding of credit management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to credit management applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other financial or operational modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
