Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Design & Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, manage, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Automate Infrastructure Management: Automate and streamline infrastructure management tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor & Optimize Systems: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure System Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, ensuring systems are secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage Cloud Environments: Configure, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Support Development Environments: Provide support to developers in maintaining their local and cloud environments, ensuring they are set up correctly and function as intended.
- Evaluate & Implement New Tools: Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation strategies to improve the DevOps process and enhance system performance.
Collaborate on Infrastructure Design: Partner with architects and other technical teams to design scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure solutions that meet the business needs.
Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring the resilience and high availability of critical systems and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
