- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals and client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong understanding of system design and integration techniques.
- Experience with scalable software frameworks and modular architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous integration practices.
- Skilled in optimizing software performance and ensuring maintainability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
