As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project needs and continuous enhancement of software performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with database management systems and writing efficient queries.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based with in India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
