Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the project requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, facilitating communication, and driving the project forward through effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
