As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software design and development processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle CC&B environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions to connect Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies for Oracle CC&B applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
