Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to enterprise content management.
- Familiarity with integration of OpenText ECM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of application architecture and software engineering best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
