Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing solutions that align with those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve performance and user experience. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an ongoing part of the day to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good understanding of integration and deployment processes in software projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
