As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your work contributes to the continuous enhancement of software performance and adaptability, supporting evolving organizational goals through innovative development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
- Good understanding of data modeling and database management related to Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
