- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications and application designs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP environments to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
