Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions within the Oracle CC&B environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware tools used in Oracle CC&B implementations.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting of Oracle CC&B applications to ensure optimal system operation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
