Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve software architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing database architectures within SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP HANA platforms.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP HANA with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
