As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to customize and extend packaged applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
