Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, addressing challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in discussions with stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to mainframe systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize legacy systems for improved performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
