Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions across multiple programs and business units.
Drive overall project execution including solution strategy, implementation roadmap, governance, and successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate marketing and customer engagement requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
Define and implement SFMC architecture covering Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Personalization capabilities.
Provide architectural leadership across integrations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, external platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
Own solution design decisions, data model strategy, customer lifecycle orchestration, and omnichannel engagement frameworks.
Establish best practices, development standards, reusable frameworks, and governance models for SFMC implementations.
Manage and mentor technical teams including developers, consultants, and leads to ensure quality delivery and capability growth.
Drive estimation, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance across projects.
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, security compliance, and data governance across Marketing Cloud implementations.
Act as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for stakeholders and leadership.
Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, architecture definition, and client presentations.

Strong understanding of SFMC architecture, data management, and customer engagement strategy.
Experience designing enterprise-scale omnichannel marketing solutions.
Expertise in SFMC integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for personalization and custom development.
Proven experience driving end-to-end project delivery and solution ownership.
Good To Have Skills
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP integration.
Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and cross-cloud architecture.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization or Customer Data Platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies for SFMC.
Experience in driving complete program ownership from solution design through production rollout and hypercare support.15 years full time education
