Summary: As a Salesforce LWC Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of modern, component-based Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components to ensure successful implementation of the project. You will ensure high-quality code, adherence to Salesforce standards, and efficient collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. Responsible for tracking Risk & Issues to closure.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and custom Salesforce solutions.
2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable LWC designs.
3. Review code for quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
4. Guide the team on modern Salesforce UI patterns, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
5. Work closely with architects to define front-end architecture and integration with Salesforce backend and external systems.
6. Conduct unit testing, deployment reviews, and ensure compliance with governance and release processes.
7. Mentor and train junior developers promote LWC reusability and component library practices.
8. Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, and release managers to ensure smooth delivery.
9. Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)
10. Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
11. Perform Impact analysis
12. Design in Salesforce LWC
13. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
14. Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
Technical responsibilities
1. 10–14 years of total IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce development.
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Salesforce UI framework.
3. Experience with Salesforce Data Model, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
4. Familiarity with Git, SFDX CLI, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Copado, Harness, etc.).
5. Salesforce Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer I certification preferred.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead a small to mid-size development team.
7. Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model
8. Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class
