Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients. You will also be responsible for developing new features and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Your role will require you to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems, while also ensuring that the code you produce is of the highest quality and adheres to best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for front-end development.
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
