Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient applications.
- Develop high-quality software solutions that align with project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Work with team to design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements which involve the following tasks:
Developing applications using .net full stack.
Design and implement cloud-based solution using Azure Paas Services
Work with SQL Paas and COSMOS DB.
Developing and consuming Web API/ Rest API.
Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
Support: Investigate any issues reported in Production and work on fix.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in developing web applications using frameworks like ASP.NET, Angular, or React.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for application deployment.
Must Have Skills:
1. A very robust knowledge and deep experience in Software development using C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI, Angular and SQL Server. Expertise in Azure Paas Services, including Azure App services, Azure functions and logic Apps
2. Experience with developing and consuming Web API/ Rest API.
3. Experience in database concepts such as DDL, DML and SQL Programming such as procedures, functions.
4. Proficient in CSS, Typescript, HTML, Bootstrap and writing cross-browser compatible code.
5. Should have good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web Services.
7. Experience with Source Control Management systems, such as TFS, GIT, or SVN.
8. Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.
9. Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
10. Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
Good to Have Skills:
1. Knowledge/Experience in .Net Core, TFS, GIT.
2. Knowledge/Experience of Agile methodology and Sprint based project delivery
3. Knowledge/Experience in Azure DevOps.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Resource should be open to work from office 3 days a week
Resource should be open to work in B Shift (Afternoon Shifts 12:30 to 10:30) during week days.
