Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while also managing project timelines and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Mainframe Modernization.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
