Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect various applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
