Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring boot design and development
- Application Development: Design and develop high-volume, low-latency, and secure applications using Java and Java EE.
- API & Backend Logic: Create, test, and maintain robust backend components and RESTful APIs
- Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and related concepts.
- Strong experience in Kafka event driven architecture.
- Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Database: Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with RESTful web services and API security protocols.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
