Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific requirements, either managing the entire process or focusing on particular stages within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs and contribute to the overall success of the project or client objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in integrating manufacturing execution systems with enterprise resource planning solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Familiarity with process automation and optimization within manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
