Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards in the deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
