Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Ideal candidate should have below skills: Having 3+ years of experience in S&P Markit EDM/Cadis Having 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Should be efficient in writing SQL queries/expertise in Query Optimization Having knowledge on Control M, Jira, Confluence is an advantage Having Asset data management domain knowledge is an advantage Should have good communication skills both written and spoken Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Familiarity with application design principles and methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
