Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure software reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
