Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders while adhering to best practices in software development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and performance, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges. - Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Korber Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Korber Warehouse Management System (WMS). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
