Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Deployment Technologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud deployment and containerization technologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Deployment Technologies. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
