Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database optimization techniques. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling. - Familiarity with stored procedures, triggers, and views in SQL Server. - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting SQL queries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
