Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, working closely with development teams to refine and enhance application functionalities, ultimately contributing to the overall success of projects and the satisfaction of end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with user interface design and user experience best practices. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for cloud applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
