Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals and user needs. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve application processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
