Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from 3DEXPERIENCE design through to code level. 2. Working closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to 3DEXPERIENCE design and delivery. 3. Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues. 4. Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. And 3DX Upgrade or Migration or Integration. 1 Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x or above customization and configuration 2 Experience in Web services 3 Must have Skills: 3D Dashboard configuration and customization, Widget Development 4 Experience in 3DX configuration and customization, Java, ADK,TCL, JSP, Spinner, MQL, DMC, JPO 5 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 6 Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
