Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are robust and scalable to meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
