Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks/BWCE applications tailored to business processes and specific application requirements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and align application requirements, ensuring solutions are delivered within established timelines and budget constraints. • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals, to support development and operational efficiency. • Technical Support: Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting for TIBCO BusinessWorks/BWCE applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime. • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in TIBCO BusinessWorks/BWCE development, integrating innovative methods for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Experience: • Must-Have: Proficiency in TIBCO BWCE, Integration tools • Preferred Skills: Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and TIBCO Hawk, Kubernetes, Docker, TIBCO Admin, IIB integration tool. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) concepts, Familiarity with XML, XSD, XSLT and XPath, Skilled in web services development, including SOAP and RESTful services. Additional Information: • Minimum of 6+ years in TIBCO BWCE development. •A 15 years full time education is required. •A solid academic foundation in computer science or a related discipline, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality TIBCO BWCE solutions.
