Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in your projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment and progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience in integrating applications with various data sources. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
