Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are not only functional but also efficient and user-friendly, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in designing, developing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization. - Should be able to define Salesforce best practices aligned end-to-end personalization architecture across web, mobile, email, and other digital touchpoints. - Should be able to create implementable solutions and explain to team members. - Should design decisioning logic, rules, and AI-driven strategies and identify opportunities for reusable personalization patterns across campaigns and brands - Should be able to design identity resolution and user stitching strategies and ensure data consistency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, and core systems - Should establish governance standards for configuration, naming, and versioning - Should ensure personalization solutions comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations and implement consent-based personalization and data controls Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization. - This position is based at our Hyderabad / GGN / Pune / Bangalore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
