Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in designing, developing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud across email, mobile, journey orchestration, and integrations. - Should be able to Design scalable account and business unit (BU) structures and define data model architecture (Contact Builder / Data Designer) as per Salesforce reference architecture and enterprise standards and ensure journeys are reusable, scalable, and performance-optimized. - Should be able to design customer journey frameworks using Journey Builder, and define entry sources, decision splits, and orchestration logic - Should know event-driven and triggered marketing use cases - Design and govern integrations with Salesforce CRM, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and other external systems. - Define real-time and batch data ingestion patterns - Ensure data quality, normalization, and synchronization - Should be able to enable dynamic content and personalization strategies, and define content modularization and reuse strategies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms. - Familiarity with data management and analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Ability to design and implement marketing automation workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad / GGN / Pune / Bangalore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
