Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
