Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you create are efficient and effective in meeting organizational goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
