Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while ensuring that all development aligns with best practices and organizational standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application performance tuning. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in integrating applications with third-party services. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
