Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and manage the development process to deliver high-quality applications that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. "KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  ·         Sound knowledge on industry leading performance testing tool –LoadRunner enterprise, neoload, JMeter ·         Ability to design complex scenarios to depict real world user patterns. ·         Should be proficient with these protocols – Web (HTTP / HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, MQ ·         Good foundation with Performance engineering concepts including knowledge on monitoring tools – DynaTrace, AppDynamics, New Relic. Should be able to configure performance metrics for various monitors and build Dashboards. ·         Good understanding of JVM related concepts ·         Should be proficient in SQL queries. ·         Understanding of the application functionality and performance requirements along with SLA's defined. ·         Identify the test environment, test data and access needs. ·         Create profiling, test scripts, test plan, executing, trouble shooting and performance tuning. ·         Create monitoring profiles to acquire performance metrics to ensure optimization. ·         Analyze test results and call out any discrepancies against the SLA's. ·         Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders. " Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with scripting languages for test automation. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with application development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
